TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. All bookings & deposits are non-refundable or transferable

2. Fancy Dress is highly encouraged!

3. Bottomless brunch is time-limited to 90 minutes. Last orders will be taken 30 minutes before the end of the session
 

4. Changes to your dietary requirements cannot be made on the day of the booking

5. Your drink will be replaced once it has been finished

​

6. Excessive drinking is not permitted. Please drink responsibly at all times. For more information visit: www.drinkaware.co.uk

7. Management reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time and without prior notice. We also reserve the right to refuse serving alcohol to any participant without notice.

8. Alcohol will only be served to individuals over 18 years of age. Proof of ID may be required.

9. Any form of physical or verbal abuse towards our staff will not be tolerated. Such behaviour will result in being asked to leave

10. Bookings need to be 4 days in advance

​

11. All Bookings need to be of the Same Booking and type and no Mixed Bookings.

For Example the whole table needs to be Either Bottomless Brunch or Show Only

12. All Food orders must be correctly submitted by the Wednesday 17:00pm before your scheduled event. All customers must state any dietary requirements on the form ath the time of booking. Please note all “TBC” for your food choices will not be accepted. Please detail any special requirements. Once submitted your food orders cannot be changed later, and your order submission is final. Due to the volume of food orders, we can’t adapt, amend or change any meal dishes in advance or on the day. Please be aware any outstanding food orders, not submitted by the 17:00pm Wednesday deadline, will be decided by the external catering team and their decisions will be final. There will be no cause for refund or compensation should you not receive your preferred meal choice having failed to submit your meal choices in time.
